The Four Pillars Of IET

IET is led by its call to be a people who love God, love each other, love the world, and love the Church!

Loving God

We are devoted to love our Lord with all our heart, strength, soul, and mind. We humbly and sincerely desire to know God and to be formed into the image of our Lord Jesus Christ through our communion with Him.

Loving Each Other

We seek to be a community that values and strives to love each other. We realize that we are incomplete people and this is hard, so we humbly seek His grace to love each other, growing in obedience to His command to live out our faith and to reflect His love to the world.

Loving the World

We humbly ask God to pour His love and burden for the lost and oppressed into us, so that through Him and with this compassion of God, we will sincerely seek to serve Him and take His Gospel to heal this broken world.

Loving the Church

We love the Universal Church. However, this body of Christ is visible on earth through the local church. We are committed to be part of the local church and to build healthy local churches for the glory of our Lord. We love the local church.

Reaching The Unreached

We believe that a healthy community of discipled believers (church) should be the end result of fulfilling the call of the Great Commission

Plant Churches

IET operates on the principle of spiritual multiplication. Each church planter starts by going to an unreached people, sharing the Good News, planting churches, shepherding the disciples into a mature body of believers, and prayerfully guiding a multiplying movement in the culture.

Make Disciples

Discipleship is a critical ingredient in the call of IET. The ultimate goal is not just to start a church but to, then, focus on disciplining the community of believers into a strong, healthy local church led by its elders that then continue to multiply.

Missionary Tools

IET continues to provide ongoing biblical training, leadership oversight, and spiritual care to its native church planters. In addition, the pastors and church planters also need to be equipped with various ministry tools so that they can carry on the work of ministry effectively.

We Care

Transforming Communities One At A Time

Disaster Relief Work

As a Christian organization, our commitment is to be a community of faithful disciples of Jesus Christ who strive to live a life that glorifies Him in all that we are and do. We provided relief supplies and built homes for victims when Tsunami caused massive destruction in India.

IET Children Homes

IET maintains several homes for children in various parts of the country. These homes are open to children who come from less than ideal conditions – facing abandonment, physical or mental abuse, absent parents, or poverty. At Children’s Homes, we welcome children into loving families committed to raising them in a value-based environment, providing for their physical, emotional, and educational needs.

Community Development

A critical part of IET’s vision has always been to uplift these disadvantaged people, especially the children who we acknowledge are the future of the nation. Most families in such places are not able to send their children to schools, which forces many children into child labor from a very young age. A lack of education has led to an increase in crimes and anti-social activities among these children.
