Plant a Church

You can plant a church among the unreached in South East Asia through IET.

Indian Evangelical Team is a Christ centered ministry whose primary calling is to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with those who have never heard His name and disciple them to be devoted followers of Christ.

We work to see the Kingdom of God established through these major initiatives:

Great Commission

Our primary call is to fulfill the Great Commission by sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with those who have never heard His name and by leading them, within a local community of faith, to become faithful disciples of Jesus Christ.

Church Planting

Indian Evangelical Team’s goal is to go where none has gone before and establish His Kingdom on this earth. The ultimate goal is to birth and establish a church planting movement that will saturate entire people groups and geographically unreached areas with self-propagating healthy churches, led by trained indigenous ministry leaders.

Training Native Christian Leaders

We fully believe that the Gospel is best spread and established in unreached areas when done by a native from that land and area. It is also strategic and healthy for any movement to be ultimately led by natives. So, Indian Evangelical Team focuses to train missionaries with proven character and leadership potential to become leaders, to lead their people and church planting movements.

Bible Schools: Training Church Planters

Native missionaries are better equipped to communicate the gospel in culturally appropriate ways and in the local language, as they are from the areas where they minister. Not only do Native missionaries not have to climb over many social barriers that are faced by international missionaries, they also are able to live at the level of the people they serve. It ’s truly amazing as the Gospel becomes relevant to those who have never heard, as it is being preached from one of their own.

Bible College: Training Future Church Planting Leaders

The South East Asian Leadership Training and Development Center (SALTDC) provides higher leadership and ministry training to those with potential to achieve national and international leadership stature.

Continuing Ministerial Training

IET provides continuing ministerial and Biblical training to the pastors and missionaries in the field. Various forms include seminars, short-term training, and modular courses as a means to provide this critical continual training.

Advanced Leadership Training

IET provides advanced leadership training to its church planting leaders. One of IET ’s core values is to develop people. We want to enable every regional leader to grow into becoming a national leader and every national leader, leading multiple church planting movements, and then grow to become an international missionary leader. IET currently provides various training formats to provide such advanced leadership training. Newer and creative forms of higher levels of training, including graduate and doctoral programs focused on training leaders, is being formed.

Great Commandment

IET is committed to take the Word of God and show the love of God, as part of holistic missions. We desire to fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandment.

Children’s Home

IET operates multiple children’s homes in various parts of the nation. Abandoned or extremely poor children are loved and raised up to fulfill their passions and destiny.

The children receive basic physical needs, including lodging, food and basic school tuition. In addition to the educational and physical needs, IET meets the spiritual needs of the children in our Children ’s Home.

Community Development

We believe that as salt of the earth, we are responsible to positively transform our communities. We do this through various programs: adult literacy classes, AIDS awareness programs, free schools for village children, vocational training for outcastes, endowments of agricultural tools, mother/child educational programs to reduce infant mortality, medical camps, and more.
