Village Evangelistic Festival

A Village Evangelistic Festival or Mini-Crusade is typically a three-day evangelistic meeting held in an unreached village or people group. Each evening, a culturally intelligent gospel message is presented through devotional songs, preaching, and/or teaching in their heart language. Typically, a crowd of 100-300 people attend during the evening. The day time is used to conduct in-depth Bible class for active seekers. If a Jesus film is available, it is shown at night. Several more promise to continue to attend the weekly prayer meeting that will be regularly led by the church planter in their village. The new believers and seekers are given The Gospel of John, A New Testament, or Bibles. Soon, a pioneer church of committed disciples is established in this once unreached village.

Indian Evangelical Team wants to conduct village evangelistic festivals each year. It costs between Rs 3-5 thousands to conduct one festival/mini-crusade.
